How do I return my order?
At our brand, we pride ourselves on producing high-quality, unique products that are individually crafted by our talented team. we invest a significant amount of time and effort into each order we receive. To protect the value of our team's craftsmanship, we do not accept returns. However, if you happen to receive a damaged product, please reach out to our customer service team and we will be happy to provide a credit note.
- If we place an return/exchange request from our end it will be additionally charged at Rs.200 or you can courier us the piece back.
How do I exchange my order?
If you are unsatisfied with your order and want to exchange it, you can apply for an exchange of your order by writing to us at shopbeyondtara@gmail.com
We will only accept an exchange query if you write to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Also note, the following important information regarding the exchange :
- If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged a second time.
- Please note that not all products are eligible for exchange. All made to order products are non returnable and non exchangeable. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
- All products bought on sale are not acceptable for exchange.

PS: To avoid exchanging your order, be sure to view our size guide (which indicates garment measurements) carefully before placing your order and ensuring you order a size that's at least 3-4 inches larger than your body measurement for a comfortable fit.
